Note on our cleaning process: we use hydrocarbon solvents in our cleaning process (long termed in the industry as the “green” or “organic” alternative). In contrast to tetrachloroethylene (perchloroethylene, or simply, “perc”), which is commonly used in the vast majority of drycleaners, hydrocarbon solvents do a better job of keeping clothes bright, and eliminates that nasty drycleaning scent. We hand-inspect all articles of clothing and, when necessary, spot-clean and re-wash through multiple cycles until your clothes are like new. Not all stains can be removed safely, particularly in the case of delicate fabrics, but we take all reasonable steps to ensure your complete satisfaction and will take the time to point out any portions that cannot be remedied without destroying the integrity of the underlying fabric.
